ACCESS FOR DISABLED VISITORS

Minors holding Italian Law 104 exemption are entitled to free admission. Adults with a 100% disability are entitled to free admission to the Park only, while there is no free admission to the Splash Zone. In both cases, in order to take advantage of the facilitations, Visitors must present some documentary evidence of disability to Park's ticket office. No concessions apply to accompanying adults, at least one of whom is required on each attraction. Disabled persons are not required to make reservations for either the Park or the Splash Zone. We encourage adult companions to purchase tickets online, especially for the Splash Zone.

To find out which attractions can be accessed, please consult our accessibility guide:

The Lunapass also allows many of our guests with disabilities to access rides and itineraries via dedicated gateways or to more easily enjoy shows and services. We understand that our guests with disabilities have a variety of needs, and it is our goal to make every effort to provide the required assistance.

Luneur Park accessibility guide

I'm going to have fun for sure!

Welcome to the Garden of Wonders, Luneur Park, a magical place inhabited by Owls and Night Birds whose job it is to entertain all children, attending to their every need. Their greatest magic is to guarantee everyone a unique experience, always safe and carefree, with moments of togetherness, inclusion and fun for everyone, young guests and their families.

To give you more information about each experience and Ride at Luneur Park and to share with you which ones are suitable for our guests with disabilities or special needs, depending on their individual preferences, we have prepared this handy guide, which we will now explore together.

Remember: every good game has its rules!

Our Owls remind you that you are all required to comply with the rules of the Park, the safety instructions given by the operators, and to observe the signs posted at the entrance to each Game or Ride.

We have drawn up these measures to safeguard the health and safety of each of you. We ask you to observe the restrictions and constraints that apply to each experience, taking into account the complex evacuation procedures that some of them entail.

We provide the Lunapass service together with the accessibility guide when the carers of disabled users sign to accept the relevant obligations and responsibilities.

It has been devised to facilitate access to Park facilities by visitors with special needs and their carers and companions.

In the Garden of Wonders, the carer of a guest with motor and/or cognitive disabilities must be an adult of legal age, must be adequately informed of any difficulties of the assisted person and is responsible for them.

This is why we have produced this guide, to provide carers with all the information they need to assess and decide for themselves whether or not an experience or Ride is suitable for the assisted person.

In addition, after reading the regulations, restrictions and requests concerning the use of the Rides, we recommend that any accompanying person who still has doubts should try them out for themselves beforehand and decide accordingly.

In case of necessity, the accompanying person must provide support to the assisted user.

The staff of Luneur Park is not authorised to physically move visitors, provide medication or take the place of the carer for any reason.

NOTE: The accompanying person must always go on the Ride together with the assisted person and is responsible for them. Groups must always have a sufficient number of carers to ensure proper use of the Rides and Workshops in the Park.

IMPORTANT! Users of the Rides must be able to:

  • Ensure sufficient trunk and neck strength to keep the head on the seat headrest.
  • Stay upright while sitting and absorb the most sudden sharp movements.
  • Counteract acceleration by continuously grasping the handles of restraint devices with at least one hand and arm.
  • When seated, both natural or prosthetic legs should extend to the edge of the seat or extend below the knee.

Each little guest and their companions must be able to independently assess whether a Ride is suitable for their physical and/or mental conditions.

We recommend that users use common sense and act responsibly while playing in one of the Park's attractions, always respecting all verbal and written warnings and instructions.

For safety reasons, guests must remove their prostheses before using the Rides where applicable or as instructed by the operator.

Should the Ride stop for technical reasons, guests may have to leave the attraction and, in some cases, may have to disembark at a different point from the entrance station.

Don't worry about it! Luneur Park staff are trained for this type of situation and will impart safety information and show the way to the nearest exit. Special walkways, lifts or ladders may also be used to evacuate users from high points or where there are obstacles to be overcome. The carer should explain the situation to the assisted person and assist him/her with the transport.

Bye for now, and have fun!
